Seasonal Spotlight: Lighthouses

Autumn is the time my family and I day trip to the shore. It's usually gorgeous weather and the blue of the sky has a certain richness like no other time of the year.  These trips are usually peaceful, with the diminished crowds, and the local shoreline shops are appreciative of visitors!

I love this set of photographs from Doug Hockman Photography.  They capture those blue skies and lighthouses for a beautiful reminder throughout the year.
